Collection of 2021 HKDSE Certificate

Dear F.6 graduates of the year 2021,
 
The HKDSE certificates are ready for your collection starting from 1 November 2021 during the scheduled period in normal school day (Monday – Friday: 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Saturday: 9:00 am to 12:00 noon).  Please collect the certificate in the School General Office in person or through an authorized person who should bring a photocopy of your H.K.I.D. card and a letter of authorization signed by your parent.  Please make phone call to School General Office at 27242771 to make reservation for the collection of the certificate.
 
Please check your personal data (such as Chinese/English name and identification document number) on your certificate.  If amendments are required, you should complete the amendment request form (refer to the attached form) and return it together with the certificate to the Authority’s Southorn Centre office as soon as possible.  You may request amendments through an authorized person who should submit a photocopy of your identification document (e.g. HKID card).  Amendment of personal data on the certificate will be made by the Authority free of charge if the request is received on or before 31 December 2021.  For requests made between 1 January 2022 and 31 March 2022, a fee of HK$268 will be charged.  No amendment of personal data on the certificate will be accepted after 31 March 2022.

If you lose your certificate or wish to amend your personal data after 31 March 2022, you may apply for a Statement of Results from the Authority. The current fee for the issue of a Statement of Results is HK$520 per copy.
 
All unclaimed 2021 certificates will be returned to the Authority when the school collects the 2022 certificates from the Authority next year.

            I am writing to confirm that the Form One Catholic Parents’ & Students’ Orientation and Form One Parents’ Orientation is going to be held as scheduled.   Two seats have been reserved for each family.  Details of the events are as follows:

The 2019-2020 School Magazine is ready for pickup at the General Office.
 
1.  Prior to collection, you are reminded to call the School Office at 2724 2771 and reserve a timeslot for collection first.
 
2.  To collect your copy, make sure you present one of the following as proof of identity:
·         your Alumnae Card
·         the SMCC Student Card you previously owned 
·         your Hong Kong Identity Card
 
3.  You may authorize an alumna to pick up a magazine on your behalf. Please make sure she knows your full name and the class you were in (F.6__, 2019-2020).
 
Due to constraints in storage space, we will only keep the school magazines for you for one year, so please make arrangements for the collection at your earliest convenience.

Invitation for application as Summer Bridging Course Tutors

Dear Form 6 Students and Past St. Marians,
 
As in previous summers, we are going to organize a Summer Bridging Course for new F.1 students to help them settle smoothly in our big family and we are counting on you to help as tutors. Details of the Course are as follows:
 
(a) Dates and duration
16, 19-23 & 26-30 July 2021 (11 teaching days)
 
(b) Time
8:00 am – 3:30pm
 
(c) Dates of preparation meetings
1. 10 June 2021 (Thu, 8:15 am – 12:00nn)  and
2. 15 June 2021 (Tue, 9:00 am – 12:00nn)

(d) Remuneration
