A. Objectives

  • To improve their effectiveness in applying ICT tools in learning;
  • To equip students to use ICT tools and resources effectively in problem-solving, as well as to analyze, process and present information;
  • To develop the ability to verify the accuracy and reliability of information; 
  • To cultivate positive attitudes towards widespread utilisation of ICT; 
  • To reinforce students’ awareness of behaving ethically and protecting themselves when getting access to information and communicating through the Internet;
  • To develop an inquisitive mind and an interest in learning new ICT tools and techniques independently; and
  • To encourage students to be aware of the rapid development of ICT industry, and consider the impact and implication of ICT in daily life and society.
