Collection of 2025 HKDSE Certificate
Dear F.6 graduates of the year 2025,
The HKDSE certificates are ready for your collection starting from 27 October 2025 during the scheduled period (Monday – Friday: 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Saturday: 9:00 am to 12:00 noon). Please collect the certificate in the School General Office in person or through an authorized person who should bring a photocopy of your H.K.I.D. card and a letter of authorization signed by your parent. Please make phone call to School General Office at 27242771 to make reservation for the collection of the certificate.
Please check your personal data (such as Chinese/English name and identification document number) on your certificate. If amendments are required, you should complete the amendment request form (refer to the attached form) and return it together with the certificate to the Authority’s Southorn Centre office as soon as possible. You may request amendments through an authorized person who should submit a photocopy of your identification document (e.g. HKID card). Amendment of personal data on the certificate will be made by the Authority free of charge if the request is received on or before 31 December 2025. For requests made between 1 January 2026 and 31 March 2026, a fee of HK$297 will be charged. Amendmentof personal data on the certificate will NOT be accepted after 31 March 2026.
If you lose your certificate or wish to amend your personal data after 31 March 2026, you may apply for a Statement of Results from the Authority (Tel. No. 3628 8860). The current fee for the issue of a Statement of Results is HK$591 per copy.
All unclaimed 2025 certificates will be returned to the Authority when the school collects the 2026 certificates from the Authority next year.

Annual Swimming Gala 25-26
We are delighted to announce that the Annual Swimming Gala will be held on 23rd September 2025 (Tuesday) at the Tai Wan Shan Swimming Pool. This event serves as a wonderful opportunity to showcase the swimming talents and determination of St. Marians.
For security reasons and better reception arrangements, a quota has been established for attendees other than teachers and students. Therefore, past students who plan to join us are required to complete online registration at https://forms.gle/zPVBseGDe9mR1vKA9 by noon on 21st September 2025. In case the number of registrations received exceed the quota, lots will be drawn. You will receive a confirmation email by 6PM on 22nd September, 2025.

Annual Sports Day
We are happy to announce that the annual sports day is going to be held on 10th April 2025 (Thursday) at the Wan Chai Sports Ground. The occasion is regarded as a precious opportunity to showcase St. Marians’ physical capabilities and stamina. It is also a long-standing tradition to have past students to attend the athletic event and take part in the Old Girls’ Relay to strengthen the link with the school and share the joy and excitement of the day.
For security reasons and better reception arrangements, a quota is set for parties other than teachers and students. Therefore, past students who are planning to come are required to make an online registration at https://forms.gle/dZjDpzfY8UqXTdy97 by noon on 8th April 2025.In case the number of registrations received exceed the quota, lots will be drawn. You will receive a confirmation email by noon on 9th April 2025.
Past students joining the Old Girls’ Relay which is scheduled to start at 2:25 pm should report to the sports ground by 2:00 pm for warm-up and grouping arrangements.

Past Student Visit on Christmas Celebration Day (20 December 2024)
Dear St Marians,
Christmas is Coming!
Our Christmas Celebration will be held on 20 December 2024. We believe that it is a joyous occasion for past students to return to reunite with their teachers and schoolmates. Please register via the following online form by 4pm , 19 December (Thursday) if you are going to join us for Christmas celebration.
We would like to seek your cooperation to enter the school from 10:45 am to 11:00 am at the Kimberley Gate on 20 December for more effective management. To facilitate cleaning work, the campus will close at 1:30 pm.

We are going to organize a Summer Bridging Course for new F.1 students to help them settle smoothly in our big family and we are counting on you to help as tutors. Details of the Course are as follows:

8:00am – 1:15pm / 8:00am – 3:45pm (19, 22-26 & 29-30 July 2024)
