Before coming back to school, please make the following arrangements:
 
1.      Contact the school office (Tel: 2724-2771) in advance to reserve a time slot for collection at the library.
 
2.     Be reminded to present one of the following as proof of identity:
 
the SMCC Student Card you previously owned 
your Hong Kong Identity Card
 
3.      If you cannot come, you may authorize a person to collect the school magazine on your behalf. Make sure he/she knows the class you were in (F.__, 2022-2023) and has the documents stated in point #2 ready.
 
4.      Due to constraints in storage space, we will only keep the school magazine and class photos for you until Dec 2023. Kindly make arrangements for the collection at your earliest convenience.

Collection of 2022 HKDSE Certificate

Dear F.6 graduates of the year 2022,
 
The HKDSE certificates are ready for your collection starting from 31 October 2022 during the scheduled period (Monday – Friday: 2:00 pm to 4:00 pmSaturday: 9:00 am to 12:00 noon).  Please collect the certificate in the School General Office in person or through an authorized person who should bring a photocopy of your H.K.I.D. card and a letter of authorization signed by your parent. Please make phone call to School General Office at 27242771 to make reservation for the collection of the certificate.
 
Please check your personal data (such as Chinese/English name and identification document number) on your certificate.  If amendments are required, you should complete the amendment request form (refer to the attached form) and return it together with the certificate to the Authority’s Southorn Centre office as soon as possible.  You may request amendments through an authorized person who should submit a photocopy of your identification document (e.g. HKID card).  Amendment of personal data on the certificate will be made by the Authority free of charge if the request is received on or before 31 December 2022.  For requests made between 1 January 2023 and 31 March 2023, a fee of HK$273 will be charged.  No amendment of personal data on the certificate will be accepted after 31 March 2023.

If you lose your certificate or wish to amend your personal data after 31 March 2023, you may apply for a Statement of Results from the Authority. The current fee for the issue of a Statement of Results is HK$530 per copy.
 
All unclaimed 2022 certificates will be returned to the Authority when the school collects the 2023 certificates from the Authority next year.
