Invitation for application as Summer Bridging Course Tutors

Dear Form 6 Students and Past St. Marians,
As in previous summers, we are going to organize a Summer Bridging Course for new F.1 students to help them settle smoothly in our big family and we are counting on you to help as tutors. Details of the Course are as follows:
(a) Dates and duration
16, 19-23 & 26-30 July 2021 (11 teaching days)
(b) Time
8:00 am – 3:30pm
(c) Dates of preparation meetings
1. 10 June 2021 (Thu, 8:15 am – 12:00nn)  and
2. 15 June 2021 (Tue, 9:00 am – 12:00nn)

(d) Remuneration

If you are good at Chinese/ English/ Mathematics, and would like to serve your alma mater and junior St. Marians, please complete the attached application form and e-mail it to Ms. Carmen Cheng at latest by 24 May 2021 (Mon). Please save the file as “SUBJECT APPLIED_ ENGLISH NAME” e.g. ENGLISH_MARY CHAN.

Collection of HKDSE Certificate

Dear F.6 graduates of the year 2020,
The HKDSE certificates are ready for your collection now.  Please collect it from the School General Office in person or through an authorized person who should bring a photocopy of your H.K.I.D. card and a letter of authorization signed by your parent.  Please make a reservation at 27242771 before collecting the certificate.
Please check your personal data (such as Chinese/English name and H.K.I.D. card number) on your certificate.  If amendments are required, you should complete a request form (refer to the attached form) and return it together with the certificate to the Authority’s Southorn Centre office as soon as possible.  You may submit your request for amendment through an authorized person who should bring a photocopy of your identification document (e.g. HKID card).  Amendment of personal data on a certificate will be made by the Authority free of charge if the request is received on or before 31 December 2020.  For requests made between 1 January 2021 and 31 March 2021, a fee of $268 will be charged.  No amendment of personal data on a certificate will be accepted after 31 March 2021.

If you lose your certificate or wish to amend your personal data after 31 March 2021, you may apply for a Statement of Results from the Authority. The current fee for the issue of a Statement of Results is $510 per copy.
All unclaimed 2020 certificates will be returned to the Authority when the school collects the 2021 certificates from the Authority next year.
